About Patricia Heights

Homes in the Patricia Heights Mall area are located south of Whitemud Drive between the North Saskatchewan River and 170th Street. The Patricia Heights Area is also known as the "Greater Jasper Place Area" in west Edmonton. During the 1960-1980 this district was highly sought after and was West Edmonton's elite housing market. Attractions in the Patricia Heights Area includes Edmonton's Country Club and Golf Course, Spectacular river valley views, Rio Park and amazing cultivated back yards from years of naturing and plenty of tender loving care.

Patricia Heights Area Homes

There are five communities in the Patricia Heights Mall Area - Rio Terrace, Oleskiw, Westridge, Patricia Heights and Quesnell Heights which form part of real estate zone 22, greater Jasper Place. Half of the homes in the Patricia Heights area were built between 1960 - 1970. Then again in Edmonton's real estate boom in 1974-1979. Many bungalows in the Patricia Heights Area which offer 3000- 4000 square feet of living space in the dwellings. Although real estate house prices range, the average price for a detached home for sale in the Patricia Heights Area will cost just over the $650,000 mark.
