About Allendale Edmonton

Allendale Edmonton is a mature community located in south Edmonton with close proximity to both the Southgate Shopping Centre, Southgate LRT and the University, once farmed by the Allen family, annexed by the City of Strathcona in 1907 and became part of Edmonton in 1912. Two of Allendale’s three bordering arterials, 104 and 109 Streets, contain a variety of businesses. Centrally located, Allendale has good access to a number of amenities.
