About Aspen Gardens Edmonton

Aspen Gardens Edmonton is a great community in south Edmonton, nestled along the river valley surrounded by mature lush greenery next to the Derrick Golf and Winter Club in real estate zone 16. Aspen Gardens area is sometimes referred to as the "Edmonton Petrolia Area". Residential real estate development in Aspen Gardens was designed to appeal to individuals and families in search of quiet, affluent residential neighborhood characterized by larger luxury houses, mature trees, and attractive paths for pedestrian travel. The main access road and bus route into Aspen Gardens is 40th Avenue at 119 Street. On the south side, 121 Street and Aspen Drive West connecting to Westbrook Estates.
