Belmont is another mature community located in the Clareview area which backs onto the Kennedale Ravine, bounded north by 137 Avenue and Victoria Trail in northeast Edmonton between Kernohan and Sifton Park. Belmont Elementary and St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Elementary Junior High are the two schools in Belmont Edmonton which has two distinct real estate development periods and is known locally for the presence of the Rehabilitation Centre and the historic Belmont drive-in theatre.
