Beverly Edmonton Homes, Houses and Real Estate Listings
Originally this part of northeast Edmonton was the Town of Beverly, annexed by the city in 1961. This former urban town was a coal mining community that overlooked the North Saskatchewan River valley and for the first half of the twentieth century, more than 20 coal mines were active in and around the town. It is now bounded by 50 Street, Yellowhead, Hermitage, and the Rundle Park river valley. Beverly Edmonton homes for sale are a real estate mix of detached bungalows and townhouses. These properties were constructed in the fifties, sixties and seventies. Beverly includes the communities of Abbottsfield, Beacon Heights, Bergman, Beverly Heights, and Rundle Heights.
