Breckenridge Greens is located in the Lewis Estates area adjacent to the golf course in West Edmonton. Breckenridge Greens is bounded by Winterburn Road, Lewis Estate Boulevard, Whitemud and Suder Greens Drive. Houses in Breckenridge Greens were constructed after 1990 and consists of two-story and larger bungalow style houses. The main attraction in Breckenridge Greens is the proximity to the golf course and West Edmonton Mall. Most residential real estate in Breckenridge Greens was constructed around the turn of the 20th century and is one of the first housing property developments in Lewis Estates. Breckenridge Greens was named after Gavin Breckenridge, a pioneer who arrived to our city in 1898 and began his career in the city working in a coal mine, then later started Edmonton’s first dairy farm.
