Brintnell is located in the Pilot Sound Area between Hollick Kenyon and Cy Becker, along 167 Avenue, 50 Street and Manning Drive. Brintnell is a newer North Edmonton community with smaller houses and backyards perfect for our military members and 15 minutes from our army base. Real estate development in Brintnell happened after the turn of the century with several of the houses constructed during the last real estate boom in Edmonton. Brintnell in Pilot Sound Edmonton district is a newer community in North Edmonton, next to Manning Drive, Hollick Kenyon, minutes of CFB Edmonton Garrison. It was named in honour of Wilfred Leigh Brintnell a pilot, who was well known for his pioneering trips across uncharted areas. A powerline right-of-way provides a green corridor and walking trail for homeowners.
