About Central McDougall Edmonton

Central McDougall is not a high real estate turn-over district for detached houses. Residential real estate development in Central McDougall consists of mostly commercial buildings in at least two dozen condominium complexes located immediately north of the downtown core. There are only a few MLS listed houses in Central McDougall each year. This community is best known for the Royal Alexandra Hospital, the Prince of Wales Armory, the Victoria School for Performing Arts and St Joseph High School. Central McDougall is located in the Kingsway-NAIT Area between Spruce Avenue and Queen Mary Park, south of the Glenrose Rehabilitation and Royal Alexandra Hospital bounded by 111 Avenue in west-central Edmonton
