About Dunluce Edmonton

Dunluce has always been one of Castle Downs most popular places to live in north Edmonton between Caernarvon and Cumberland. It is named after a historic castle on the north coast of Ireland. Dunluce is bounded by 153 and 167 Avenue, and 127 Street in real estate zone 27. Nearby amenities include the Castle Downs Family Recreation Centre. Dunluce homes offer plenty of choices to live with a large portion of both rentals and owner-occupied townhome condos and single-family starter houses. Dunluce is approximately 15 minutes north to the Edmonton Garrison, perfect for DND members. Nearby newer houses for sale can be found in the New Castle Area.
