Eaux Claires is located in north Edmonton's Lake District, bounded by 97 Street, 153 and 167 Avenues, between Lorelei, Lago Lindo and Belle Rive adjacent to the historical Griesbach neighborhood. Eaux Claires Edmonton is a popular community with our military members being next to the Namao Centre and a ten-minute commute to CFB Garrison. Real Estate in Eaux Claires is a mix of condominiums and detached properties constructed after 1990. Houses prices in Eaux Claires range from middle to upper-class homes making it a great place to purchase for easier re-sale when our DND members are posted out again. Eaux Claires Edmonton is a favorite neighborhood in the Lake District among Military DND with a ten-minute commute to CFB Edmonton Garrison. Eaux Claires is between Lorelei, Belle Rive and takes its name from a body of water, and the neighborhood name means "clear waters" in French.
