University & Empire Park Real Estate Listings

Empire Park is located south of Pleasantview in the University Area. Although the majority of real estate in Empire Park consists of multi-family housing, rowhouses, and apartment complexes, there are a few houses which are larger family-style bungalows built in the sixties and seventies.
