About Ermineskin Edmonton

Ermineskin is located in Kaskitayo, South Edmonton, south of the Duggan Area between Steinhauer and Keheewin, bounded west by 111 Street, and south by 23 Avenue. Houses in Ermineskin were constructed 1977-1987 and feature a range of style, types, prices, and sizes. Some of the houses in this part of Kaskitayo are very affordable starter homes and others border on the luxury home price mark. Ermineskin is nestled between South Edmonton Common and one of our cities best ravines. This area is a great choice to purchase a family home, no matter what your price range is. Ermineskin Edmonton is a smaller residential district with larger homes, located in the central portion of the Kaskitayo Area, south Edmonton, bounded by Gateway Boulevard, 111 Street, and 23 Avenue.
