Evansdal - Northeast Edmonton Real Estate Listings

Evansdale is bounded on four sides by 153 Avenue, 144 Avenue, 82 Street, and 97 Street in the Northmount Area. It is located next to the luxury home community of Griesbach, which was the original military base. Champagne Homes was the prominent builder in Evansdale at the original time of construction and most of these dwellings are larger houses. Dollar per square foot, Evansdale homes are a great place to invest in the seventies residential real estate. It was named in honour of H.M. Evans, Mayor of Edmonton in 1918.
