Henderson Estates Edmonton is a prestigious community which forms part of real estate zone 14 and is in the newer part of Riverbend between Falconer Heights and Rhatigan Ridge near the Terwillegar Heights Area. It is named after Thomas Henderson, a homesteader in the Riverbend area in the late 19th century. Henerson Estates runs along the North Saskatchewan across from River Valley Cameron. Henderson Estates features a prime real estate location, perched high above the river. Owning a property along Hefferman Drive offers amazing panoramic scenery throughout our Edmonton seasons. Homeowners in Henderson Estates tend to stay for longer than Edmontonians average homeowning period of time. The Estates at Brass 111 Eagle Ridge on Eagle Place is the only condominium and are luxury condos and seldom come up for sale. Henderson Estates is located in Riverbend across from Cameron Heights, between Falconer Heights and Ramsay Heights, south of Rabbit Hill, west of Riverbend Road, bounded by Hefferman Drive in southwest Edmonton. Houses in Henderson Estates along Hendra, Henderson and Herring Cooper way are the least expensive and range near the luxury house price mark. Houses along Hefferman Drive are larger homes which run into the multi-millions.
