Clareview, Hermitage & Homesteader Real Estate Listings

Homesteader is located between the Beverly area and Steele Heights in the Hermitage District. It is bounded by Yellowhead Trail and 50th Street. Homesteader homes consist of several row housing homes, although there are almost as many single-family houses built in the mid-1970s.
