North Edmonton Houses: Kensington Area

The Kensington Area is located in north Edmonton and is comprised of six communities. Athlone, Calder, Kensington, Lauderdale, Rosslyn, and Wellington. The majority of houses in the Kensington area are affordable detached bungalow style houses. This district is one of the best areas in Edmonton for affordability on single-family homes, especially for our young military members who commute to CFB Garrison. Most of the houses in the Kensington area are all custom built homes and were constructed from the early 1900s to the late 1960s.
