About King Edward Park Edmonton

King Edward Park is located south of the Mill Creek outdoor pool, bounded by 76 Avenue, 82 Avenue in the south-east portion of Edmonton. It is situated between Idylwylde in the Ottewell Area and Avonmore. There is a vast range of real estate in King Edward park ranging from war-time semi-bungalow homes to new modern luxury houses to several newer half duplexes. Today, single-detached houses still account for about fifty percent of the residential real estate, and the houses near the western portion of King Edward Park are the oldest.
