Klarvatten is located in north Edmonton's Lake District, bounded by 91 Street, 82 Street, and 167 Avenue, between Lago Lindo and the newer community of Crystallina Nera. Klarvatten Edmonton is a popular community with our military members with less than a ten-minute commute to the Edmonton Garrison. For our military members, Klarvatten is a very popular community for both location and affordability. Houses in Klarvatten are mostly middle-class single-family houses with double attached garages built after 1980 into the 2000s. A major feature of Klarvatten is a large stormwater lake and wetland located in the east-central portion of the community and provides homeowners with access to attractive outdoor amenities and recreation space.
