Meadows & Larkspur Real Estate Listings

Larkspur is located in southeast Edmonton, within the Meadows between Jackson Heights and Wild Rose. It is bounded by 17 Street, 34 Street, 38 Avenue, and Whitemud Drive. The majority of Larkspur homes for sale will be middle-class to move-up style two-story houses. Real estate here began developing in the late 1980s and was completely developed in the early 2000s with predominantly detached houses. There are also a few apartment condominiums in Larkspur which are very affordable. Nearby retail services include Home Depot, Best Buy, and Canadian Super Store.
