University & Malmo Plains Real Estate Listings

Malmo Plains is located in the southwest part of the municipality, south of Lendrum Place, west of Empire Park. It is bounded by 111 Street, 122 Street, north of Kaskitayo. Several of the original houses in Malmo Plains built in the 1970s are bungalow-styles built for the elite during this era with vaulted beam ceilings which were popular at the time for in-home entertaining.
