Real estate in Northeast Edmonton has a higher turnover rate due to a few factors. This part of our city has numerous rental properties and several of our military members purchase houses here on their house hunting trip due to the proximity to CFB Garrison - a Canadian Forces base located in Sturgeon County, also known as "Steele Barracks"


Now located within northeast Edmonton, Beverly was once its own town with a coal mining community that overlooked the North Saskatchewan River valley which provided much of the town's employment. The Clareview area is bisected by 50 Street, of which forms part of Highway 15, as well as Victoria Trail, 137 Avenue and 153 Avenue. Over the last decade, there has been substantial real estate growth in both new builds and commercial outlets in northeast Edmonton. The Lake District is the second most popular place to live for our military members in northeast Edmonton.
