The former military base - Griesbach is located in central northwest Edmonton. The land was transferred to Canada Lands Company to redevelop it about a decade ago. Greisbach houses have specifc guidlines arcitechtual that every builder must follow. Every street and monument in this northwest commmunity is named after an important military member.
