Beaumont is a french community located only a few minutes south of Edmonton, known for its picturesque church on the hill. Since the 1970s Beaumont Alberta has experienced a continuous population growth. The economic driver was the housing industry with people wanting the small town community feel and quick access to the nightlife of the city. Today Beaumont is a dynamic, vibrant town with several "mom & pop shops" as well as all major amenities including hospitals and large retailers.

Bon Accord

Bon Accord is a quiet friendly town located north of Edmonton, 20 Minutes north of CFB Garrison and 5 minutes from the town of Gibbons. Devon is a great place to live, known best for the nearby Devonia Gardens. It is located about 20 minutes southwest of Edmonton. There is plenty of outdoor recreational activities in Devon Alberta including a trail system which loops around both the Golf Course and the Lions Campground, Voyageur Park along the North Saskatchewan River with Boat launch and fishing.

Fort Saskatchewan

Fort Saskatchewan is known as "The Fort" and is located twenty minutes from CFB Edmonton Garrison. Fort Saskatchewan Alberta offers a great Lottery Fund Art Gallery and the Shell Theatre for a concert, drama, magic or dance show, skateboard park, several walking trails, a leisure center and over 400 hectares of parks, open spaces and recreational areas


Gibbons is a small military based town twenty minutes north of the Edmonton Garrison. This friendly Alberta community offers several amenities including schools from Kindergarten to grade 9. Homeowners in Gibbons can fish for trout in the stocked fish pond, take walks along the river valley or just enjoy the unmatched scenery. Today Gibbons Alberta is also known for the nearby Jurassic Forest.


Homes for sale in Legal Alberta are less expensive than the city. Recently there has been an explosion of newly built houses and is a very attractive place for our military members to live. It is located a half hour north of the Edmonton Garrison and was established in 1894 as a Francophone community. Legal is a very community oriented area and there is always something to do here.


Leduc Alberta is a busy municipality just minutes from the international airport, 15 minutes from South Edmonton, Beaumont, and Devon. This town was made based on Alberta's Oil growth and has a long history. Imperial Oil who had a dismal success record–they had drilled 133 dry holes in a row, and the company was about to give up. Then a well was a hit with the volume of clear, light crude oil that erupted


Morinville Alberta is a very popular town for our Canadian Armed Forces members. Recently, house prices in Morinville have been on the rise due to the recent housing growth, now only a short commute to St. Albert. Morinville Alberta was settled by Father Morin, an Oblate missionary, who brought many French settlers in the late 1800s, followed by several German pioneers. A famous landmark in the center of Morinville is a church built in 1907.

Parkland County

Parkland County is a municipal district west of Spruce Grove in central Alberta and encompasses acreages and towns south of Alberta Beach and Onoway, North of Devon and includes Wabaman, Spring Lake, and Stony Plain areas. Known for its horseback riding farms and several fishing areas which are re-stocked every year.
