Real estate in Rosslyn Edmonton consists of mainly single-family detached houses and a few duplex homes situated among several large park and schools, which provide its homeowners with access to open space throughout this Kensington Area. Rosslyn is located in the Kensington Area in northwest Edmonton between Glengarry and Lauderdale, north of the Yellowhead Trail bounded by 137 Avenue in real estate zone 01. After World War II, Edmonton once again experienced considerable real estate growth and Rosslyn Edmonton was subdivided for residential and commercial development in the late 1950s. Detached houses account for nearly 70 percent of the total dwelling units in this part of the Kensing Area. Most of the homes in Rosslyn are the original properties. There are no condos in Rosslyn Edmonton. Note - the Rosslyn Inn & Suites Hotels Edmonton on 97th caters to DND when on their HHT's. The majority of Rosslyn’s commercial properties form part of the 97th Street commercial strip, with additional nearby amenities in Northmount located at the nearby Northgate Centre and North Town Malls.
