About Sherwood Edmonton

Sherwood is a smaller community in the east-central part of the Meadowlark Area in west-central Edmonton bounded by 149 Street beside Parkview in the Glenora Area and 156 Street beside Jasper Park in real estate zone 22. Sherwood Edmonton is a five-minute commute to West Edmonton Mall, Meadowlark Shopping Centre, and the Misericordia Hospital. The majority of houses in Sherwood are owner-occupied bungalows constructed in the 1950s. Recently, Sherwood has been experiencing significant residential redevelopment and reinvestment, due to its excellent location and today, you can find newer duplex infill homes.
