Summary of Southeast Edmonton Real Estate
Residential Real Estate in Southeast Edmonton is divided into two sections by industrial real estate and commercial buildings.
To the furthest east lies the most popular place near Mill Creek Ravine and only minutes to the downtown core. With the revitalization of these north-east communities, there is a vast range of real estate prices. If you take a stroll through Bonnie Doon, it still feels like "the old days" with wide tree-lined streets, even with the new infills. Capilano and Ottewell are also nearby favourite communities.
Further to the south, Mill Woods, which is made up of twenty-nine residential communities, is a mix of residential properties and small corner shops & schools with the exception of Millbourne Mall, Millwoods Golf course and the Grey Nuns hospital.
Over the last decade, there has been substantial real estate growth in the furthest southeast part of Edmonton, bringing the town of Beaumont to less than a two-hour walk. Homes for sale here have been selling quite nicely and at reasonable house prices.
