Residential Real Estate in southeast Edmonton is divided into two sections by industrial property and commercial buildings.


To the furthest east lies the popular Mill Creek Ravine, minutes to the downtown core. With the revitalization of these southeast communities, there is a vast range of real estate prices and several different types of houses to choose from. These southeast Edmonton homes for sale range from a few war-time bungalows, to original multi-million dollar properties to brand new infills all nestled along tree lined streets.These homes are a mix of new modern houses to nostalgia character properties. Near Ottewell in Strathern is the most expensive place to purchase real estate in southeast Edmonton.
