Residential Real Estate in southeast Edmonton is divided into two sections by industrial property and commercial buildings.


To the furthest east lies the popular Mill Creek Ravine, minutes to the downtown core. With the revitalization of these southeast communities, there is a vast range of real estate prices and several different types of houses to choose from. These southeast Edmonton homes for sale range from a few war-time bungalows, to original multi-million dollar properties to brand new infills all nestled along tree lined streets.These homes are a mix of new modern houses to nostalgia character properties. The best part of living near the Mill Creek Ravine is the easy access to mother nature, beautiful scenery and the nightlife on Whyte. Near Ottewell in Strathern is the most expensive place to purchase real estate in southeast Edmonton.


Furthest south is Mill Woods, which is made up of twenty-nine residential communities, is a mix of residential properties and small corner shops & schools with the exception of Millbourne Mall, Millwoods Golf course and the Grey Nuns hospital.
