When buying southwest Edmonton homes for sale, there are several different lifestyle communities to choose from. Southwest Edmonton is divided into four main areas - The University, Kaskitayo and Riverbend and Heritage Valley.

Some of our municipalities most expensive and luxurious properties are located in this part of southwest Edmonton along Fox Drive and Saskatchewan Drive. Living here means easy access to the Downtown Core, Walterdale Playhouse, Royal Mayfair Golf Club, Hawrelak Park, and the University of Alberta and the nightlife on Whyte. Similar to Riverbend, this portion of southwest Edmonton encompasses a higher professional income demographic. Windermere is a newer upper-scale and luxury district the southwest, known for its modern luxury houses, only a few minutes from the international airport and features several properties with walkout basements to penthouse condominiums.
