Southwest Edmonton has more luxury homes per capita than anywhere else in the city along with a higher income demographic. The majority of southwest Edmonton homes will be located on or near a river valley, a ravine or golf course. In central-southwest, luxury homes are in Riverbend and Kaskitayo Ravine districts.
