Sweet Grass is located in south-central Edmonton between Greenfield and Blue Quill next to the Derrick Golf and Winter Club in the luxurious Westbrook Estate in Kaskitayo. It is bounded by 34 Avenue, 111 Street, a landscaped public utility corridor to the south, and 119 Street.
