Glenora is known for upper-scale real estate, quality construction and consists of executive luxury properties, new builds and mature houses located minutes from the downtown core surrounded by green spaces, ravines and river valley scenery. At the eastern end of the neighbourhood in central-west overlooking Groat Road and the river valley, are the Royal Alberta Museum and Alberta Government House.
