Next, to Southwest Edmonton, West Edmonton has several luxury home districts situated along the river valley, Wolf Willow Ravine and the Edmonton Country Club which is one of Alberta’s oldest private golf course. In the far west portion of the city, there is another popular public golf course in Lewis Estates. Glenora is known for upper-scale real estate and quality construction. Also known as Lewis Farms, Lewis Estates homes for sale range from large bungalow-style properties constructed prior to the turn of the century to new modern duplexes. This portion of West Edmonton consists of several retirees. Across the Whytemud to the south is the Grange district which offers affordable move-up homes with mainly younger families. West Edmonton Real Estate is divided into four main parts by the Anthony Henday and Whitemud Drive.
