Blatchford & Westwood Real Estate Listings

Westwood is located near the Blatchford area between Delton and Spruce Avenue, bounded by 97 Street and the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in real estate zone 08. The origin of this Blatchford district is not known, but the northern portion of the community was once called Northcote. Real estate in Westwood remained largely rural until shortly after World War II, then experienced large scale real estate development like the rest of Central Edmonton. With the exception of a few houses, Westwood homes for sale are sold relatively quickly.
